About The Position

Allied Universal is hiring a part-time Unarmed Patrol Security Officer for a food and beverage production location in Rockingham, North Carolina. The officer provides customer service and carries out security procedures, site-specific policies, and appropriate emergency response activities. The role includes monitoring access and assigned areas, conducting unarmed patrols, maintaining records, and reporting security concerns. The posted schedule is Friday and Saturday, 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Pay is $15.85 per hour.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Applicants are subject to a background investigation in accordance with applicable laws.
Applicants are subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Meet any licensing requirements required by state or local laws and regulations prior to employment, if applicable.
A valid driver's license is required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors while carrying out security procedures and site-specific policies.
Perform appropriate emergency response activities at the food and beverage production location.
Respond calmly to incidents, access-control concerns, and critical situations, escalating issues according to site procedures.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, warehouse and loading zones, parking areas, and the facility perimeter.
Monitor access points and verify visitor and contractor credentials.
Maintain accurate logs and reports according to site requirements.
Observe and report unusual conditions, damaged property, or potential hazards to appropriate site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
