About The Position

As a Security Officer Unarmed Access Control in Fountain Inn, South Carolina, you will serve and safeguard clients at a manufacturing and industrial location. You will monitor access points, conduct routine patrols, and maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents. You will support a welcoming environment through customer service, clear communication, and attention to security-related concerns. The role is full-time and pays $15.00 per hour. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Applicants are subject to a background investigation in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
• Applicants are subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements vary by state and locality and may be required before employment.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and appropriate emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and professionally, following site protocols and reporting requirements.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of manufacturing areas, offices, parking areas, loading docks, and the facility perimeter; identify and report unusual conditions or unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed by site procedures, and maintain accurate visitor and incident documentation.
• Observe operations for potential security concerns, communicate findings to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership, and assist with access control and traffic flow as needed.
