About The Position

Allied Universal is hiring an Operation Center (SOC) Dispatcher. The Dispatcher answers telephones and dispatches security personnel, observes for signs of crime or disorder, monitors video recording devices, and provides information quickly and accurately to appropriate individuals. The role also includes documenting incidents in detailed reports and assisting with physical and personal security and safety measures for staff, members, and visitors at the facility.

Requirements

• No prior work experience is required.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

Responsibilities

• Answer telephones and acknowledge alarm signals.
• Monitor video recording devices as assigned throughout the service area and accurately provide pertinent information to the Security SOC Supervisor.
• Document incidents, including names, actions, and times, on the Daily Activity Report.
• Respond to the security needs of the assigned healthcare facility, its agents or contractors, and personnel.
