About The Position

Allied Universal is hiring a part-time Unarmed Emergency Patrol Security Officer for a financial institution in Raleigh, North Carolina. The officer will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. The role emphasizes customer service, clear communication, integrity, and responding appropriately to security-related concerns. The schedule is Saturday and Sunday, 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM. The pay rate is $18.03 per hour. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Submit to a background investigation as a condition of employment.
Submit to a drug screen as a condition of employment, to the extent permitted by law.

Nice To Haves

CPR certification.
A Guard Card or license.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by following security procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
Monitor access points, lobby areas, and exterior grounds; verify visitor access according to site procedures and report unusual activity.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, parking areas, ATM locations, and perimeter.
Respond calmly to incidents, alarms, and critical situations; document observations and complete required reports.
Maintain a professional presence, provide directions, assist with customer and employee inquiries, and communicate professionally with site contacts and emergency responders.
