About The Position

As a full-time Unarmed Patrol Officer at a financial institution in West Hollywood, California, you will help safeguard the client and visitors by monitoring and patrolling assigned areas, maintaining a visible security presence, and providing customer service. You will document observations and respond professionally to security-related concerns while supporting a welcoming environment. The scheduled shifts are Thursday through Sunday, 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM. The pay rate is $22.08 per hour.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Applicants are subject to a background investigation in accordance with applicable laws.
Applicants are subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements may apply under state or local laws and regulations, and may be required before employment.

Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and participating in emergency response activities when appropriate.
Respond calmly and professionally to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the financial institution, including exterior areas, entrances, parking areas, and the perimeter.
Monitor access points and observe activity to help deter unauthorized entry, suspicious activity, and policy violations.
Document and report incidents, unusual occurrences, and maintenance concerns according to site-specific procedures.
