About The Position

As a full-time unarmed patrol Security Officer in Olive Branch, Mississippi, you will serve and safeguard clients at a technology, media, and telecommunications location. You will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support access control activities. The role calls for exceptional customer service, clear communication, and the use of technology to document observations. The position pays $16.50 per hour. The listed schedule is Monday, Tuesday, and Friday from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM, and Saturday and Sunday from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Applicants are subject to a background investigation as a condition of employment, in accordance with applicable laws.

Meet any applicable state or local licensing requirements; a license may be required before employment.
A valid driver's license is required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific procedures and policies and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Respond calmly to incidents and critical situations, documenting and escalating concerns according to site procedures.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, access points, and perimeter locations.
Monitor access activity and report unusual conditions, maintenance concerns, and security-related incidents to appropriate personnel.
Help maintain an orderly environment for employees, visitors, and vendors while following company and site-specific protocols.
