About The Position

As a full-time unarmed patrol officer serving a financial institution in Kahului, Hawaii, you will help safeguard clients, employees, and visitors. You will conduct routine and random patrols, maintain a visible security presence, support a welcoming environment, provide customer service, and respond professionally to security-related concerns. The position includes site-specific security procedures, incident response, observation and access monitoring, and accurate reporting.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; armed roles require applicants to be at least 21 years of age.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Applicants are subject to a background investigation in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
Applicants are subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Meet applicable state and local licensing requirements; a license may be required before employment.
A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

A state-, county-, or city-issued security-related license is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees while following site-specific security procedures and policies and carrying out emergency response activities as appropriate.
Respond calmly and professionally to incidents, alarms, and critical situations, escalating concerns according to site procedures.
Conduct regular and random patrols of business areas, parking areas, entry points, and the perimeter of the financial institution.
Monitor access points and observe activity to help deter unauthorized access and report unusual conditions.
Accurately document incidents, observations, and completed patrols, and communicate relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
