About The Position

Allied Universal is hiring a full-time unarmed Security Officer Patrol Driver Exterior Checks in Omaha, Nebraska, at a utilities location. The role involves driving patrols and requires a valid driver’s license. The officer helps safeguard the client by maintaining a visible security presence, conducting routine exterior checks, and providing customer service and clear communication. Work environments and conditions may vary by client site.

The scheduled shifts are Wednesday through Sunday, 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM. The pay rate is $23.00 per hour.

Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required for this driving position and must meet Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for an unarmed role.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Submit to a background investigation as a condition of employment, in accordance with applicable laws.
• Submit to a drug screen as a condition of employment, to the extent permitted by law.
• Meet any applicable state or local licensing requirements that may be required before employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and participate in emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly, following established site procedures and reporting requirements.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the business, grounds, and perimeter.
