About The Position

Allied Universal is hiring a part-time Unarmed Patrol Officer at a logistics and distribution location in Saint Peters, Missouri. The officer monitors and patrols assigned areas, maintains a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and supports a welcoming environment for employees, visitors, and deliveries. The role includes routine rounds, communicating observations, and providing customer service. The posted schedule is Monday and Sunday, 2:00 PM–10:00 PM. The pay rate is $17.98 per hour.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; armed roles require applicants to be at least 21.
Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
Submit to a background investigation as a condition of employment, in accordance with applicable laws.
Submit to a drug screen as a condition of employment, to the extent permitted by law.
Meet applicable state and/or local licensing requirements, which may be required before employment.
Have a valid driver’s license for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and delivery personnel while following security procedures and site-specific policies, and participating in emergency response activities when appropriate.
Monitor access points, vehicle gates, loading areas, and package-handling zones, verifying authorized entry according to site procedures.
Respond calmly and with a problem-solving approach to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations; notify appropriate personnel as directed.
Conduct regular and random patrols of the distribution facility, parking areas, trailer yards, loading docks, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify security concerns.
Document observations, incidents, and irregular conditions in clear, accurate reports and communicate relevant information to site management and Allied Universal leadership.
