About The Position

Allied Universal is hiring a part-time Unarmed Patrol Driver for a technology, media, and telecommunications location in Bordentown, New Jersey. The officer conducts unarmed patrols, maintains a visible presence to help deter incidents, and supports a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. This driving position requires a valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal policy. The role also involves customer service, clear communication, site-specific procedures, and emergency response activities.

The position is scheduled for daytime hours on Mondays and Sundays, 4:00 PM–11:00 PM, and pays $19.50 per hour. Requirements

• Valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements; required for driving positions.
• At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Applicants are subject to a background investigation in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
• Applicants are subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply under state or local laws and regulations and may be required before employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, vendors, and other stakeholders while following site-specific procedures and carrying out emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of office areas, parking facilities, building perimeters, and other assigned locations to identify and report unusual activity, hazards, and maintenance concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site policies, assist with access control, and direct guests as needed.
• Respond calmly and professionally to incidents, alarms, and critical situations, following established reporting and escalation procedures.
• Accurately document patrols, incidents, observations, and security-related concerns in required reports and logs.
