About The Position

Allied Universal is hiring a part-time unarmed patrol driver in Phoenix, Arizona. The position provides a designated site and weekly anchor shift, requiring a six-month commitment, with the option to claim additional shifts through the company’s scheduling platform. Additional shifts may be available across multiple sites, allowing employees to increase their hours up to 40 hours per week or scale back as needed. The pay rate is $19.00 per hour. The listed schedule is Tuesday, 7:00 PM–5:00 AM.

The officer provides customer service while carrying out security procedures and site-specific policies, responds calmly to incidents and critical situations, and conducts regular and random patrols around the business and its perimeter. Work environments and conditions may vary by client site.

Requirements

• A valid driver’s license, in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements; required for driving positions.
• At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Applicants are subject to a background investigation in accordance with applicable laws.
• Applicants are subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Meet any applicable state or local licensing requirements, which may be required before employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
• Perform emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter.
