About The Position

Allied Universal is hiring a part-time, unarmed patrol driver for an assigned site in Diberville, Mississippi. The position provides a designated weekly shift as a reliable base schedule, with a six-month commitment to that assignment. Officers may claim additional shifts through the company scheduling platform, with the opportunity to work up to 40 hours per week and scale back when needed. The stated pay rate is $14.00 per hour. The listed schedule is Thursday, 4:00 PM–11:30 PM.

Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles.
• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Applicants are subject to a background investigation in accordance with applicable laws.
• Applicants are subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• State and/or local licensing requirements may apply and may need to be met before employment.

Nice To Haves

• A guard card or license.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to customers, visitors, and store personnel by following security procedures and site-specific policies, and participating in emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond calmly and professionally to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations, escalating matters according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout the retail location, parking areas, entrances, loading areas, and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and observe activity for unusual conditions, reporting security concerns, hazards, and policy violations to appropriate personnel.
• Accurately and completely document incidents, patrols, and observations in accordance with company and site-specific reporting procedures.
