Security Officer Full Time Access Services

About The Position

As a Security Officer in Access Services at an automotive location in Fremont, California, you will help safeguard the client by monitoring assigned areas, conducting routine patrols, maintaining a visible presence to deter incidents, and supporting access control activities. You will provide customer service and clear communication while helping create a welcoming environment. The position is full-time and pays $22.52 per hour. The scheduled shifts are Wednesday through Sunday, 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM.

Requirements

At least one year of security-related experience.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 or older for armed roles.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Applicants are subject to a background investigation in accordance with applicable laws.
Applicants are subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
State or local licensing requirements may apply and may need to be met before employment.
A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.

Access control and badge experience.
CPR certification.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly, following established site protocols and using problem-solving skills.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout automotive manufacturing, distribution, and business areas, including exterior perimeters, parking areas, and access points.
Monitor access to the location, verify authorized entry, and report unusual activity or policy violations to appropriate personnel.
Accurately document incidents, observations, and security-related concerns, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.
