About The Position

DSI Security Services is hiring Security Officers in Carrollton, Texas. The Security Officer helps maintain a safe and secure environment for clients, their employees, and the public. The role calls for professionalism, attentiveness, and a strong commitment to safety and customer service. Available shifts include first, second, third, and weekend shifts. The stated pay is $20.00 per hour.

Requirements

Be at least 21 years of age.
Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
Have a valid driver’s license.
Have reliable transportation and a means of communication.
Have basic to intermediate computer skills.
Have effective written and verbal communication skills.
Be able to conduct routine foot patrols, perform moderate lifting, and work in all weather conditions.
Pass all required background checks and drug screenings.

Responsibilities

Maintain a safe and secure environment through visible presence and routine patrols.
Observe, report, and respond to hazards, incidents, and suspicious activity.
Follow DSI policies, client requirements, and post-specific instructions.
Interact professionally with clients, visitors, employees, and the public.
Complete required reports and documentation accurately and timely.
Participate in training and comply with DSI safety procedures and manuals.
