About The Position

Allied Universal is hiring a full-time Unarmed Patrol Officer at a logistics and distribution location in Kernersville, North Carolina. The role involves protecting clients and supporting a welcoming environment for employees, visitors, and operations through visible patrols, customer service, access monitoring, incident response, and accurate reporting. The scheduled shifts are Monday and Friday from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM and Saturday and Sunday from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM. Pay is $15.24 per hour.

Requirements

Be at least 21 years of age.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Submit to a background investigation as a condition of employment, in accordance with applicable laws.
Submit to a drug screen as a condition of employment, to the extent permitted by law.
Meet applicable state or local licensing requirements, which may be required before employment.

Responsibilities

Carry out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and perform emergency response activities when appropriate.
Respond calmly and effectively to incidents, access-control concerns, and critical situations.
Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility, parking areas, loading docks, trailer yards, and perimeter; identify and report unusual activity or conditions.
Monitor access points and verify authorized entry for employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel according to site procedures.
Accurately document observations, incidents, and patrol activities, and communicate relevant information to site leadership or emergency responders as needed.
Provide customer service to clients and help maintain a welcoming environment for employees, visitors, and operations.
