About The Position

As a Security Officer Clinical Campus Patrol in Atlanta, Georgia, you will serve and safeguard clients at a technology, media, and telecommunications location. This is an unarmed patrol role focused on routine patrols, maintaining a visible presence to help deter incidents, and providing customer service and clear communication. You will help maintain a welcoming, secure environment and respond professionally to security-related concerns.

Requirements

At least 3 years of combined law enforcement, military, or security-related experience, or a college degree.
Vaccinations are required for hospital assignments.
At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 or older for armed roles.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Applicants are subject to a background investigation, in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
Applicants are subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required before employment.
A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

CPR certification is preferred.
CPR and First Aid certification are preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors while following site-specific procedures and emergency response activities.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, parking areas, access points, and perimeter to identify unusual conditions and help deter unauthorized activity.
Monitor access to designated areas, verify visitor and contractor authorization, and report access concerns according to site procedures.
Respond calmly to incidents, alarms, and critical situations, contacting appropriate personnel or emergency services when needed.
Prepare clear, accurate reports and communicate observations, incidents, and security-related concerns to site leadership and Allied Universal management.
