About The Position

As a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Assurance in Omaha, Nebraska, you will serve and safeguard clients at a commercial real estate location. You will monitor and patrol the site, maintaining a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. The role involves conducting routine rounds, observing and reporting unusual activity, assisting visitors and tenants, and delivering exceptional customer service through clear communication. You will work as part of a team described as agile, reliable, innovative, people-first, collaborative, and committed to integrity. This is a full-time position paying $20.50 per hour. The scheduled shifts are Thursday through Sunday, 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
Submit to a background investigation, in accordance with applicable laws.
Submit to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Meet any applicable state or local licensing requirements prior to employment, if required.
Have a valid driver’s license if assigned to a driving position.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and vendors while following site-specific procedures and security policies.
Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of building interiors, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter areas.
Identify and report unusual activity, hazards, and maintenance concerns.
Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify authorization as directed by site procedures, and maintain accurate logs and reports.
Respond calmly to incidents, alarms, and critical situations while following established emergency response procedures.
Communicate observations and incidents to appropriate personnel.
Complete clear, timely documentation in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements.
