About The Position

As a Security Officer Mobile Patrol Driver in Henrico, Virginia, you will serve and safeguard clients at a financial institution location. You will conduct routine unarmed patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, support a welcoming environment for employees and visitors, and respond to security-related concerns with integrity. This driving position requires a valid driver’s license. The role is full time, scheduled weekdays from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, at a pay rate of $19.50 per hour.

Requirements

Valid driver’s license, required for driving positions and subject to Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Applicants are subject to a background investigation in accordance with applicable law.
Applicants are subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Meet any licensing requirements that apply under state or local laws and regulations; licensing may be required before employment.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out security procedures, site-specific policies, and appropriate emergency response activities.
Respond calmly to incidents, alarms, and critical situations, following established reporting and escalation procedures.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, business areas, entry points, parking areas, and perimeter; identify and report unusual activity or conditions.
Monitor access points and visitor activity according to site procedures, assist with access control, and direct individuals as needed.
Prepare clear, accurate incident reports, daily activity logs, and patrol documentation.
