About The Position

Allied Universal is hiring a part-time Unarmed Patrol Security Officer for a healthcare location in Greenville, North Carolina. The officer will help safeguard patients, visitors, staff, and clients by conducting facility patrols, maintaining a visible security presence, monitoring access points, and responding professionally to site needs and emergencies. The role emphasizes customer service, clear communication, integrity, and adherence to site-specific procedures and protocols. The scheduled shifts are Saturday and Sunday from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. The pay rate is $15.42 per hour. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Submit to a background investigation as a condition of employment, in accordance with applicable laws.
Submit to a drug screen as a condition of employment, to the extent permitted by law.
Meet any applicable state or local licensing requirements; licensing may be required before employment.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors while following security procedures and site-specific policies.
Respond calmly and professionally to incidents, medical emergencies, disturbances, and other critical situations according to established site protocols.
Conduct regular and random patrols of healthcare facilities, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter locations.
Monitor access points and observe visitor, employee, and vendor activity according to site requirements.
Report unusual conditions to appropriate personnel.
Complete accurate incident reports, daily activity logs, and other required documentation.
Maintain a professional presence.
