About The Position

DSI Security Services is hiring a Security Officer in Channelview, Texas. The officer will help maintain a safe and secure environment for clients, customers, and employees while providing general security services. The role requires professional interaction with clients, visitors, employees, and the public, and compliance with company and client requirements and post instructions. Officers participate in training and become familiar with general safety procedures and DSI’s safety manual. The position pays $15.50. On-site interviews with the account manager are scheduled within 48 hours of application when requirements are met. All shifts are available, and weekend and holiday work is required.

Requirements

Customer-service orientation and effective written and oral communication skills.
Basic to intermediate computer skills.
Ability to perform routine foot patrols and moderate lifting.
Ability to work in all weather conditions.
Reliable means of transportation and communication.
Must pass required criminal background, motor vehicle, and drug screenings.
Valid driver’s license.
Required TWIC Card (Transportation Worker Identification Credential).
Valid security license required.

Understand and comply with DSI and client requirements, as well as specific post instructions.
