About The Position

Allied Universal is hiring a part-time, unarmed overnight Security Officer in Lebanon, Ohio, serving a technology, media, and telecommunications location. The officer will help safeguard the site while providing professional customer service and maintaining a welcoming environment. The position is scheduled Thursday and Friday from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM and pays $20.60 per hour. Additional shifts may be viewed and claimed through the company’s scheduling platform.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Submit to a background investigation as a condition of employment, in accordance with applicable laws.
Submit to a drug screen as a condition of employment, to the extent permitted by law.
Meet applicable state or local licensing requirements, which may be required before employment.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, vendors, and contractors by following security procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior spaces, exterior grounds, parking areas, access points, and the business perimeter.
Monitor access to restricted areas and assist with visitor management, credential verification, and escort procedures.
Respond calmly to incidents, alarms, and critical situations; document observations and notify appropriate site contacts or emergency services as directed.
Complete detailed activity reports, incident reports, and shift handoff communications while maintaining a professional presence.
