About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Surveillance Security Officer in Lansing, New York. The role involves monitoring security systems and surveillance screens to spot threats before they escalate, including in settings such as security operations centers, call centers, and parking gatehouses. The schedule is 32 hours per week: Thursday and Friday from 8:30 p.m. to 6:30 a.m., and Saturday from 6:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. The hourly wage is $21.54. Uniforms are provided at no cost. Employment is contingent on successfully completing a background check and drug screening after an offer is extended.

Requirements

• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
• Pass an extensive screening process.
• Have strong report-writing skills.
• Have sharp visual activity and exceptional concentration skills.
• Have strong proficiency with technology.
• Hold a valid New York State Guard Card.

Responsibilities
