About The Position

As a Security Officer in Cromwell, KY, you will serve and safeguard clients in a food and beverage production location. You will help manage entry points, verify credentials, monitor access activity, and support a welcoming environment for employees, visitors, and deliveries. You will use computer or tablet tools to document security-related activities, communicate clearly, and help deter incidents through a visible presence. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; armed roles require applicants to be at least 21.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Submit to a background investigation as a condition of employment, in accordance with applicable laws.
Submit to a drug screen as a condition of employment, to the extent permitted by law.
Meet any applicable state or local licensing requirements, which may be required before employment.
A valid driver's license is required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients, employees, visitors, and delivery personnel while carrying out site-specific security procedures, access control policies, and emergency response activities.
Monitor and control access points by verifying credentials, screening authorized visitors and contractors, maintaining visitor records, and directing individuals according to site procedures.
Respond calmly and professionally to incidents, access concerns, alarms, and critical situations; notify appropriate site contacts and emergency responders as needed.
Conduct regular and random patrols of facility entry points, production-area perimeters, parking areas, and exterior grounds to deter unauthorized activity and identify security concerns.
Maintain accurate daily activity reports, incident documentation, access logs, and shift communications in accordance with company and site-specific requirements.
