About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Concierge Security Officer in Niagara Falls, New York. The role emphasizes customer service and building confidence through positive interactions with people in environments such as office towers, hotels, and shopping centers. The officer helps protect individuals and property by welcoming and guiding visitors, controlling access, conducting patrols, monitoring security equipment, responding to incidents, and communicating security concerns. The schedule is Friday through Tuesday, 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m., and the pay is $19.73 per hour. A uniform is provided at no cost.

Requirements

• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
• Pass an extensive screening process.
• Have exceptional customer service skills.
• Be proficient in basic phone and computer skills.
• Hold a New York Security License.

Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors, verify their identity, and guide them.
• Manage access control.
