About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Security Officer – Concierge in Pembroke, New York. The role emphasizes customer service and building meaningful connections while working with people in environments such as office towers, hotels, and shopping centers. The schedule is Thursday through Sunday, 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m., with pay of $19.73 per hour. The position helps protect people and property by providing visitor assistance, controlling access, conducting patrols, responding to incidents, and communicating security concerns. A New York Security License is required.

Requirements

• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
• Pass an extensive screening process.
• Have exceptional customer service skills.
• Have basic phone and computer skills.
• Hold a New York Security License.

Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors, verify their identities, and guide them as needed.
• Manage access control.
