About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Concierge Security Officer in Pembroke, New York. This customer-service-focused role involves interacting with people in environments such as office towers, hotels, and shopping centers. The officer helps ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property while providing a welcoming and reassuring presence. The schedule is Thursday through Sunday, 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m., and the pay rate is $19.73 per hour. Uniforms are provided at no cost. GardaWorld offers career growth opportunities.

Requirements

• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
• Pass an extensive screening process.
• Have exceptional customer service skills.
• Be proficient in basic phone and computer skills.
• Hold a New York Security License.

Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors, verify their identities, and guide them.
• Manage access control.
• Conduct regular patrols to identify potential risks.
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs.
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams.
• Answer questions in person or by phone.
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns.
• Help ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property.
