About The Position

The Security Officer helps maintain the safety and security of hotel guests, team members, and facilities while delivering professional and memorable guest experiences. The role conducts patrols of interior and exterior premises, assists with preliminary incident investigations and accurate reporting, responds to emergencies and safety hazards, and addresses guest inquiries and concerns. The position is associated with the PM shift at Conrad Orlando.

Responsibilities

• Conduct security patrols of interior and exterior hotel premises to identify and address safety and security risks, threats, and undesirable conditions.
• Conduct preliminary incident investigations, gather relevant information, document findings, and ensure accurate incident reporting.
• Prepare and maintain accurate security reports and records.
• Assist in handling safety hazards, fires, medical incidents, and security threats.
• Respond to guest inquiries and concerns professionally and efficiently.
