About The Position

As a Security Officer Dispatch Position in Minneapolis, Minnesota, you will serve and safeguard clients at a hotel or resort location. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; armed roles require applicants to be at least 21.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Applicants are subject to a background investigation in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
Applicants are subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
State or local licensing requirements may apply and may need to be met before employment.
A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to guests, visitors, and staff by carrying out site-specific security procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at a hotel or resort.
Monitor and coordinate incoming calls, radio traffic, alarms, and service requests, dispatching appropriate personnel according to established procedures.
Respond professionally and calmly to incidents, guest concerns, and critical situations, and accurately document activities and notifications.
Maintain detailed dispatch logs, incident reports, key records, and shift communications while protecting confidential information.
Conduct regular and random patrols of designated areas and the perimeter as assigned, reporting hazards, unusual activity, and maintenance concerns.
