About The Position

Allied Universal is hiring Security Officers to serve and safeguard clients in industries including commercial real estate, healthcare, education, and government. Officers provide customer service by following safety and security procedures and site-specific policies, and take part in emergency response activities when appropriate. They respond calmly and thoughtfully to incidents and critical situations and conduct regular and random patrols around client businesses and their perimeters. Work environments and conditions may vary by client site. Positions are available in armed and unarmed roles, and the posting advertises full-time and part-time openings.

Requirements

• Unarmed roles require applicants to be at least 18 years of age; armed roles require applicants to be at least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent, or five years of verifiable experience.
• Applicants are subject to a background investigation in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
• Applicants are subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing may be required before employment, subject to state and local laws and regulations.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.
