About The Position

All Pro Security is hiring Security Officers to protect clients and their property in Milford, Utah. Officers may manage access at office buildings, patrol residential communities, or protect construction sites and businesses from theft. The role includes monitoring assigned areas on foot and/or in patrol vehicles, responding to incidents and emergencies, providing professional customer service, and completing detailed incident reports using the company’s reporting systems. Training is provided, and candidates may be unarmed or armed guards.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years old.
Hold a valid Utah security guard license or be willing to obtain one with company support.
Hold a valid Utah driver's license with a clean driving record.
Pass a background check.
Have strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Be proficient in written and verbal English.
Meet grooming and professional appearance standards for client-facing positions.
Have strong observation skills and attention to detail.
Be willing to work independently or as part of a team, with a high degree of reliability and integrity.

Responsibilities
