About The Position

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 or older for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Applicants are subject to a background investigation in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.

Meet applicable state and/or local licensing requirements, which may be required before employment.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients, employees, visitors, and delivery personnel while carrying out site-specific access-control procedures, policies, and emergency response activities.
Monitor and control facility access by verifying identification, credentials, visitor authorizations, and delivery documentation according to established procedures.
Maintain accurate records of visitor, contractor, vendor, and vehicle entries and exits, and communicate relevant information to site contacts as appropriate.
Respond calmly to access-control alarms, incidents, and critical situations, escalating concerns according to site-specific protocols.
Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned entry points, exterior areas, and the perimeter to deter unauthorized access and identify security-related concerns.
