About The Position

As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location in Avondale, Arizona, you will help safeguard clients, employees, and visitors. You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to deter incidents, support a welcoming environment, provide customer service, and respond to security-related concerns with integrity. The position is full time and scheduled Monday through Friday, 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM. Pay is $19.00 per hour.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Submit to a background investigation as a condition of employment, in accordance with applicable laws.
Submit to a drug screen as a condition of employment, to the extent permitted by law.
Meet applicable state and local licensing requirements, which may be required before employment.

A guard card or license is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Respond calmly to incidents, alarms, and critical situations, following site-specific reporting and escalation procedures.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of manufacturing areas, access points, parking areas, and the facility perimeter.
Monitor access to the location, verify credentials as required, and report suspicious activity, equipment concerns, or policy violations to appropriate personnel.
Complete accurate daily activity reports, incident documentation, and patrol logs according to Allied Universal and site-specific procedures.
