About The Position

Allied Universal is hiring a full-time Unarmed Patrol Officer for a commercial real estate location in Pasadena, California. The officer will help safeguard clients by monitoring and patrolling assigned property areas, maintaining a visible security presence, identifying and reporting concerns, and providing professional customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff. The role follows site-specific procedures and supports a welcoming environment. The schedule is Wednesday through Sunday, 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM. The pay rate is $18.57 per hour.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Complete a background investigation as a condition of employment, in accordance with applicable laws.
Complete a drug screen as a condition of employment, to the extent permitted by law.
Meet applicable state or local licensing requirements, which may be required before employment.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff while following site-specific procedures and security policies.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of commercial property buildings, common areas, parking facilities, and perimeter locations.
Identify and report unusual conditions and security-related concerns.
Respond calmly to incidents, access concerns, and emergency situations while following established site procedures.
Monitor entrances, exits, and assigned areas.
Document observations, incidents, and security-related activity in required reports.
Communicate professionally with property management, tenants, visitors, and responding public service personnel as needed.
