About The Position

As a Security Officer Unarmed - Control Driver in Flagstaff, Arizona, you will serve and safeguard clients at a manufacturing and industrial location. You will conduct routine driving patrols, monitor assigned areas, support access control, and respond to security-related concerns. The role emphasizes visibility, incident deterrence, customer service, and communication. The position is full-time, with a pay rate of $22.00 per hour. The listed schedule includes Monday 5:45 PM–5:45 AM, Tuesday 9:45 PM–1:45 AM, Saturday 5:45 PM–5:45 AM, and Sunday 5:45 PM–5:45 AM.

Requirements

A valid driver’s license is required for this driving position and must meet Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Applicants are subject to a background investigation in accordance with applicable laws.
Applicants are subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

Nice To Haves

Alarm panel experience.
Ability to lift up to 20 lbs.

Comfort using a computer or tablet.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors while following site-specific procedures and security policies.
Respond calmly to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in accordance with established emergency response protocols.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of manufacturing areas, access points, parking areas, and the facility perimeter.
Monitor access, verify visitor and contractor authorization, and maintain accurate logs and incident documentation.
Report unusual conditions, hazards, equipment concerns, and security-related issues to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision.
