About The Position

As a Security Officer Unarmed in Anderson, South Carolina, you will safeguard clients at a manufacturing and industrial location. You will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, provide customer service to employees and visitors, and support site operations through teamwork and integrity. The position is full-time and pays $18.39 per hour. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 1:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years old for an unarmed role.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Undergo a background investigation as a condition of employment.
Undergo a drug screen as a condition of employment, to the extent permitted by law.
Meet applicable state or local licensing requirements, which may be required before employment.

Responsibilities

Carry out security-related procedures and site-specific policies while providing customer service to clients.
Participate in emergency response activities when appropriate.
Respond calmly and professionally to incidents and critical situations, supporting communication with site personnel and emergency responders as needed.
Conduct regular and random patrols of manufacturing and industrial work areas, access points, parking areas, and the facility perimeter.
Monitor access, verify authorized entry, and report unusual activity or potential hazards according to site-specific procedures.
Complete logs, incident reports, and shift documentation accurately and promptly.
