About The Position

Allied Universal is hiring a part-time Unarmed Patrol Officer to support a technology, media, and telecommunications location in Republic, Missouri. The officer will help safeguard the site by conducting routine patrols, maintaining a visible presence, monitoring access points, and providing customer service and clear communication. The role involves following site-specific security procedures, responding professionally to incidents and critical situations, reporting concerns, and maintaining accurate shift documentation.

The schedule is Saturday and Sunday, 12:00 AM to 8:00 AM. The pay rate is $18.19 per hour. Applicants must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles and have a high school diploma or equivalent. Employment is conditional on a background investigation and drug screen as permitted by law; licensing may also be required under applicable state or local rules.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Submit to a background investigation as a condition of employment, in accordance with applicable laws.
• Submit to a drug screen as a condition of employment to the extent permitted by law.
• Meet applicable state and/or local licensing requirements if required prior to employment.

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel while following site-specific security procedures and policies.
• Respond calmly and professionally to incidents, access-control concerns, and critical situations, following emergency response protocols when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, office areas, parking areas, loading zones, and perimeter locations.
• Monitor access points and report unusual activity, maintenance concerns, hazards, and policy violations to appropriate site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Prepare accurate activity logs, incident reports, and shift handoff information according to site requirements.
