About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a full-time Security Officer Supervisor for a concierge security post in Fayetteville, NC. The position focuses on customer service and building reassuring, confidence-inspiring connections with people in settings such as office towers, hotels, and shopping centers. The schedule is Wednesday through Sunday, 1:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. (second shift), at $19.13 per hour. Uniforms are provided at no cost. Employment is contingent on successfully completing a background check and drug screening after an offer is extended.

Requirements

• Must have an active PPSB license.
• Must have CPR certification.
• Must be over 18 years old.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must have at least 1 year of security experience.
• Must be able to provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
• Must pass an extensive screening process.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Proficient in basic phone and computer skills.
• Must have a state license if required.

Nice To Haves

• Security, military, or law enforcement experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors, verify their identities, and guide them.
• Manage access control.
• Conduct regular patrols to identify potential risks.
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs.
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams.
• Answer questions in person or by phone.
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns.
• Help ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property.
