About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Surveillance Security Supervisor to oversee security operations at a GardaWorld site in Elyria, Ohio. The role is full-time, Monday through Friday, on the first shift from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. The supervisor oversees daily site operations, helps train and supervise security officers, maintains working relationships with the client, and reports to GardaWorld management about daily operations. The position involves monitoring and documenting events, responding to incidents, conducting patrols, controlling access, and helping ensure the safety of people and property.

The hourly wage is $18.20. The employer offers a benefits package, career growth opportunities, and a uniform at no cost. Employment is contingent on successfully completing a background check and drug screening after an offer is extended.

Requirements

• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Have 3–5 years of security experience.
• Have 1–2 years of security supervision experience.
• Be at least 21 years old.
• Have a valid driver’s license.
• Provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
• Pass an extensive screening process, including a background check and drug screening after an offer of employment is extended.
• Have strong report-writing skills.
• Have sharp visual activity and exceptional concentration skills.
• Have strong proficiency with technology.
