About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Surveillance Security Supervisor in Cleveland, Ohio. The supervisor monitors security systems and supervises Security Officers at the site, helping with training and scheduling while maintaining good client relations. The role also includes documenting events and incidents, responding to potential threats, conducting patrols, controlling access to secure areas, evaluating security systems, and collaborating with law enforcement during serious situations or emergencies. The position is full-time, Monday through Friday, first shift, from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m., at $21.50 per hour. A uniform is provided at no cost. Employment is contingent on successfully completing a background check and drug screening after an offer is extended.

Requirements

• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Have 1 to 2 years of security supervision experience.
• Be 21 years old or older.
• Provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
• Pass an extensive screening process.
• Have strong report-writing skills.
• Have sharp visual activity and exceptional concentration skills.
• Have strong proficiency with technology.

Responsibilities
