About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Surveillance Security Supervisor in Cleveland, Ohio. The supervisor monitors security systems for suspicious activity and manages Security Officers at the site, including assisting with training and scheduling. The role also involves maintaining client relations, reporting to GardaWorld Management, documenting incidents, responding to potential threats, conducting patrols, controlling access to secure areas, identifying security-system vulnerabilities or malfunctions, and collaborating with law enforcement during serious situations or emergencies. The position is scheduled Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 3 p.m., and pays $21.50 per hour. Uniforms are provided at no cost. Employment is contingent on successfully completing a background check and drug screening after an offer is extended.

Requirements

• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Have 1 to 2 years of security supervision experience.
• Be at least 21 years old.
• Provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
• Pass an extensive screening process.
• Have strong report-writing skills.
• Have sharp visual activity and exceptional concentration skills.
• Have strong proficiency with technology.
