About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Surveillance Security Officer to monitor security systems and identify threats before they escalate. The role is based at a site in Northbrook, Illinois, and is scheduled full time, Thursday through Sunday, on the second shift from 3:30 p.m. to 11 p.m. The hourly wage is $19.50. A uniform is provided at no cost, and the position offers career growth opportunities. Employment is contingent on successfully completing a background check and drug screening after an offer is extended.

Requirements

• Hold a valid Illinois PERC.
• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
• Pass an extensive screening process.
• Have strong report-writing skills.
• Have sharp visual acuity and exceptional concentration skills.
• Have strong proficiency with technology.
• Hold a state license if required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor security systems to detect suspicious activity.
