About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Surveillance Security Officer in Cleveland, Ohio. The role involves monitoring security systems and multiple screens to identify suspicious activity and potential threats before they escalate. Officers may work in environments such as security operations centers, call centers, and parking gatehouses. The position is full-time, Monday through Friday, on the first shift from 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., at $19 per hour. A uniform is provided at no cost. Employment is contingent on successfully completing a background check and drug screening after an offer is extended.

Requirements

• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Have 2 to 3 years of security experience.
• Provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
• Pass an extensive screening process.
• Have strong report-writing skills.
• Have sharp visual activity and exceptional concentration skills.
• Have strong proficiency with technology.

Responsibilities

• Monitor security systems to detect suspicious activity.
• Document observed events and incidents by writing detailed reports.
• Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats.
• Conduct regular patrols to help ensure the safety of the premises.

• Analyze security systems to identify potential vulnerabilities or malfunctions.
