About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a full-time Security Officer Supervisor for a concierge security post in Fayetteville, North Carolina. The role emphasizes customer service and building meaningful connections while supporting people in settings such as office towers, hotels, and shopping centers. The schedule is second shift, Wednesday through Sunday, from 1:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. The hourly wage is $19.13. A uniform is provided at no cost. Employment is contingent on successfully completing a background check and drug screening after an offer is extended.

Requirements

• Hold an active PPSB license.
• Have CPR certification.
• Be at least 18 years old.
• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Have at least one year of security experience.
• Provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
• Pass an extensive screening process.
• Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills.
• Have basic phone and computer skills.
• Hold a state license if required.
• Successfully complete a background check and drug screening after an offer of employment is extended.

Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors, verify their identities, and guide them.
• Manage access control.
• Conduct regular patrols to identify potential risks.
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs.
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams.
• Answer questions in person or by phone.
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns.
• Help ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property.
