About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Tactical Security Officer Supervisor in Orange, California. The role involves patrolling sensitive environments, observing and anticipating risks, controlling access to secure areas, responding to threats and alarms, and helping protect people and property. The position is full-time on a Wednesday–Sunday swing shift from 3:30 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. The hourly wage is $22.28. A uniform is provided at no cost.

Requirements

• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
• Hold a California state security license (BSIS Guard Card) and complete additional 32-hour BSIS security trainings; additional trainings may be obtained during the hiring process.
• Be physically able to move around throughout the shift and patrol environments.

Nice To Haves

• First aid certification.

Responsibilities

• Patrol sensitive areas to identify suspicious activity.
• Verify identities and control access to secure areas.
• React quickly to threats or incidents.
• Check that alarms and cameras are functioning properly.
• Document incidents and actions taken.
• Respond to alarms and conduct on-site checks.
• Collaborate with law enforcement during serious incidents.
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property.
