About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Security Officer/Shift Supervisor in Niagara Falls, New York. The role combines concierge security officer duties on Thursday and Friday with shift supervisor duties on Saturday and Sunday. The schedule is Thursday through Sunday, 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. Pay is $19.73 per hour for security officer shifts and $22.85 per hour for shift supervisor shifts. The position emphasizes customer service and building meaningful connections while working with people in settings such as office towers, hotels, and shopping centers. The role is responsible for helping protect individuals and property, managing access, conducting patrols, responding to incidents, and communicating security concerns.

Requirements

• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
• Pass an extensive screening process.
• Have exceptional customer service skills.
• Be proficient in basic phone and computer skills.
• Have a New York Security License.

Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors, verify their identities, and guide them.
