About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Concierge Security Officer for a customer-service-focused role in Niagara Falls, New York. The position serves people in environments such as office towers, hotels, and shopping centers. The schedule is Thursday through Sunday, 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.; duties are Security Officer work on Thursday and Friday and Shift Supervisor work on Saturday and Sunday. Pay is $19.73 or $22.85 per hour, as applicable. The role involves welcoming and assisting visitors, managing access, patrolling, responding to incidents, and protecting people and property. Requirements

• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
• Pass an extensive screening process.
• Have exceptional customer service skills.

• Hold a New York Security License.

Responsibilities
