About The Position
As a part-time unarmed Security Officer Patrol in Imperial, Pennsylvania, you will safeguard a technology, media, and telecommunications location. You will monitor access points, conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to deter security-related incidents, and provide professional customer service to employees and visitors. You will also respond to alarms and access-control needs, follow site-specific procedures, and communicate and document relevant information.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Applicants are subject to a background investigation, in accordance with applicable law.
- Applicants are subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements may apply under state or local laws and may be required before employment.
- A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.
Nice To Haves

- CPR and First Aid certification.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to employees, visitors, vendors, and delivery personnel by following site-specific procedures and carrying out emergency response activities when appropriate.
- Respond calmly and professionally to incidents, access-control concerns, and critical situations; escalate information through established communication channels.
- Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of offices, common areas, parking areas, loading zones, and perimeter locations to deter unauthorized activity and identify security concerns.
- Monitor access points, visitor activity, and credential requirements in accordance with site policies; report irregularities and document observations as required.
- Complete accurate activity reports and incident documentation, and conduct shift handoffs while maintaining a professional presence.
