About The Position

Allied Universal is hiring a part-time Unarmed Patrol Officer for an overnight position at a logistics and distribution location in West Chester, Ohio. The role involves conducting routine patrols, maintaining a visible presence to help deter incidents, monitoring assigned areas, and reporting security-related concerns. The officer supports a welcoming environment through clear communication and customer service. The schedule is Wednesday and Thursday, 10:00 PM–6:00 AM. The pay rate is $18.22 per hour, paid weekly.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Undergo a background investigation in accordance with applicable laws.
Undergo a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Meet any state or local licensing requirements that apply before employment.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, drivers, and contractors while following site-specific procedures and security protocols.
Conduct regular and random patrols of loading areas, parking lots, building perimeters, access points, and other assigned areas; identify and report unusual activity or conditions.
Monitor access to the location, verify visitor and contractor credentials as directed, and assist with maintaining entry and exit records.
Respond calmly to incidents, alarms, and critical situations by following emergency response procedures and notifying appropriate personnel.
Document observations, incidents, and patrol activity in required reports and communicate relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal management.
