About The Position

As a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Risk Review in Norwood, Massachusetts, you will serve and safeguard clients across a range of industries. You will monitor and patrol assigned areas at a dynamic location, maintaining a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. You will conduct routine rounds, report observations, support access procedures, and provide customer service and communication. The role is full-time and pays $22.05 per hour. The stated schedule is Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, and Sunday, 11:00 PM–7:00 AM. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for an unarmed role.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Submit to a background investigation as a condition of employment, in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
Submit to a drug screen as a condition of employment, to the extent permitted by law.
Meet any applicable licensing requirements, which may be required before employment.
Have a valid driver’s license if the position involves driving.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and conducting emergency response activities when appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter.
Monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence, conduct routine rounds, report observations, and support access procedures.
