About The Position

As a Security Officer Patrol Presence in Tulsa, Oklahoma, you will serve and safeguard clients at a utility location. This is an unarmed patrol role focused on conducting routine patrols, maintaining a visible security presence, and helping create a welcoming environment for employees, visitors, and contractors. You will communicate professionally, respond to concerns, and document observations while demonstrating agility, reliability, innovation, teamwork, care, and integrity. The position is full-time and pays $16.94 per hour, with weekly pay. The listed schedule is Monday through Thursday, 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; armed roles require applicants to be at least 21.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Submit to a background investigation as a condition of employment, in accordance with applicable laws.
Submit to a drug screen as a condition of employment, to the extent permitted by law.
Meet any applicable state or local licensing requirements, which may be required before employment.
Have a valid driver’s license if the position involves driving.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors by following site-specific procedures, access-control requirements, and appropriate emergency-response activities.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facility buildings, parking areas, perimeter areas, and other assigned locations to identify unusual activity, unsecured access points, and potential hazards.
Monitor access points and verify credentials for authorized personnel, visitors, vendors, and contractors in accordance with site policies.
Respond calmly to incidents, alarms, and critical situations; notify appropriate site contacts and emergency responders as directed.
Document patrols, incidents, observations, and security-related activities through accurate reports and shift logs.
